Global Rehabilitation Service (GRS) is a community-based care provision service that prides itself in the delivery of a high standard of clinic & home-based multidisciplinary service to its clients. With considerable knowledge of the NDIS system, the GRS clinicians are able to offer a wide range of support to their clients in all areas of Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Positive Behaviour Support, Physiotherapy as well as other client-centre services.

GRS works closely with their clients to address these concerns and offer the best value care available. With clinics in Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast & Orange, over 60 clinicians from GRS are offering an evidence-based and client-centred level of care to the community.
The Role
As an ICT Business Analyst in GRS, you will play a crucial role in our operations by evaluating, designing, and implementing effective technology solutions tailored to our organisational needs. In this position, you will be instrumental in translating business requirements into practical system and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Engage with stakeholders to analyse business needs, system requirements, and work processes, ensuring alignment with GRS's goals and client objectives.
· Applying project management methodologies to develop project plans, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project oversight.
· Analysing and evaluating business processes, procedures, and work practices to identify inefficiencies.
· Recommending optimal business practices and system functionalities to enhance performance.
· Gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements to guide the development of effective ICT solutions.
· Utilise project management methodologies to develop project plans, manage resources, and oversee project execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
· Identify and analyse business processes to detect inefficiencies and recommend optimal practices and system functionalities.
· Develop and implement system test plans to ensure the quality and integrity of ICT solutions.
· Develop comprehensive user and training documentation, and conduct formal training sessions for our staff.
· Develop functional specifications for system developers, ensuring clear guidance for software design and development.

· Apply data and process modelling techniques to create precise system specifications.
· Serve as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in system project decision-making processes.
What we are looking for
· Minimum bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
· At least 8 years of experience in a related field.
· Proven experience in business analysis within a technical or software development environment.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in the health industry is desirable but not mandatory.
· Flexible, "can-do" mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
· Software development experience or experience collaborating closely with the sales team and management
· Experience in troubleshooting and software testing.
· Excellent documentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and collaboratively with contractors.
A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
