Job Overview:
As an ICT Business Analyst at SFI Health, you will play a key role in transforming business requirements into practical system and software solutions, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CRM management. In this role, you will support our decision-making by harnessing market insights, optimizing Salesforce functionality, and implementing end-to-end enhancements to boost overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Work with stakeholders to capture and analyze Salesforce requirements, aligning them with business goals.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to identify improvement opportunities in Salesforce processes.
- Salesforce Solution Design & Documentation:
- Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions, documenting user requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
- System Configuration & Administration:
- Configure Salesforce features, including custom fields, workflows, and approval processes, ensuring a secure and compliant system.
- Data Management & Integrity:
- Conduct regular data audits and manage data governance policies to ensure accurate, reliable data in Salesforce.
- User Support & Training:
- Deliver training and create user guides to support effective use of Salesforce across various teams.
- Reporting & Dashboard Development:
- Design and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, offering actionable insights for key stakeholders.
- Process Optimization & Automation:
- Identify automation opportunities within Salesforce, leveraging tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Project Management & Deployment:
- Lead Salesforce projects from concept to deployment, coordinating testing, change management, and post-launch support.
- Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, implementing best practices and promoting system adoption across teams.
- Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Position Profile:
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience (5+ years in Salesforce administration or CRM systems).
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and administration, including custom app development, data management, and automation.
- Experience in CRM systems within a decentralized sales or wholesaler environment, ideally with category management or data analytics exposure.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication abilities across all levels.
- Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and data visualization tools, with a comprehensive understanding of CRM principles.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
