Responsibilities
- Formulate and document business requirements with users.
- Develop functional specifications for system developers.
- Identify, investigate, and analyze business processes, procedures, and work practices.
- Identify and evaluate inefficiencies, recommending optimal business practices and system functionality.
- Develop project plans using project management methodologies, principles, and techniques.
- Manage project costs, resources, and deployment of functional solutions.
- Create, adopt, and implement system test plans to ensure quality and integrity.
- Provide guidance and assistance in system project decision-making processes.
- Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure efficient use.
- Manage relationships with external clients and vendors, ensuring solutions meet business needs and contractual obligations.
- Map current and future state business processes and perform gap analysis.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders and project teams, ensuring effective communication.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Main Tasks and Duties:
- Create user and training documentation.
- Conduct formal training classes for users.
- Use data and process modeling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software.
- Consult with users and programmers to design improvements to the functionality of websites, apps, and systems.
- Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Professional Certificates or Training Required:
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in data modeling and process modeling techniques.
- Experience in developing user and training documentation.
- Familiarity with system testing and quality assurance practices.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Pay: $74,360.23 – $146,765.64 per year
