Banking Processes and Procedure Junior Business Analyst:
Your role
As a Banking Processes and Procedure Junior Business Analyst your challenges will include:
Documentation Management: Maintain, update, and organize the comprehensive set of banking policies, procedures, and related documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Process Mapping: Assist in mapping existing banking processes, identifying areas for improvement, and documenting workflows using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Workflow Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop efficient workflows that optimize banking operations and meet business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior business analysts, compliance teams, and operational units to gather input and feedback for policy updates and process improvements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all processes and procedures adhere to industry regulations and company standards, making updates as necessary to stay compliant with evolving requirements.
Process Improvement: Support the identification of process inefficiencies and propose recommendations for optimization, automation, or streamlining.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide insights on process efficiency, policy compliance, and other relevant metrics as required.
Support to the implementation of workflow solutions;
Organizational analysis for adaptation to internal and external regulatory changes
Requirements
Bachelor ‘s degree in Economics; Finance;
A minimum of 1- 3 years of previous experience as PMO;
Experience with workflow design using Microsoft Visio;
Experience in drafting and implementing banking policies and procedures;
Knowledge of ITIL best practices/frameworks;
Experience in managing and coordinating customer IT requests;
Communication and stakeholder management skills;
Knowledge of service metrics (KPIs/SLAs);
Knowledge/experience of project management;
Experience in defining and implementing governance processes and reporting;
Experience in writing service contracts (nice to have);
Italian and English are mandatory, French language will be a plus.
