Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Supply Chain and Logistics within the Retail industry to evaluate and optimise the efficiency of supply chain operations.
The successful candidate will also need experience working with PowerBi reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse current supply chain structures and depot locations to determine their effectiveness in supplying stock to various regions and stores.
- Assess whether regions are being supplied by the most efficient depots and recommend potential restructuring.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility of relocating supply depots to more strategic locations.
- Develop and present detailed reports on supply chain efficiency, trading, and stock management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights (via BI reports) for informed decision-making.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- Additional course or certification in Business Analysis
Essential skills:
- Good knowledge of PowerBi
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
