About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across Anglicare. This newly created position supports the organization’s shift toward data-driven decision-making by ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business objectives. Working closely with stakeholders, you will identify key performance indicators and trends, and develop data collection, processing, and reporting strategies to foster continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Integration: Collect and integrate data from various sources into formats suitable for analysis.

Data Cleaning & Preprocessing: Ensure data quality by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide support for informed decision-making.

Documentation: Create clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.

Data Analysis & Interpretation: Conduct exploratory analysis and develop analytical frameworks for actionable insights.

Continuous Improvement: Enhance data processes, tools, and methodologies for optimal data analysis.
Essential Criteria

Tertiary qualification in IT, BI, or equivalent experience

Proven experience in a Data Analyst role

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
