Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and be proficient in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify business needs, analyse data, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be adept at project management and possess the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for IT projects, ensuring they align with client objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Work closely with project managers and IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business goals.
- Create detailed functional specifications and process models.
- Assist in the development of test cases and participate in system testing to ensure solutions are implemented correctly.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring solutions are effectively integrated into their business processes.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with server management is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
