Job Overview:
SKC Cash and Carry Limited, trading as So Kee Co, located at 22a Robinhood Industrial Estate, Clondalkin, Co. Dublin, D22 R802, Ireland, is looking for one Sales Data Analyst. Two years fixed term contract for €34,944 per annum and 40 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting
* Utilise data mining and analysis techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive sales growth and market dynamics.
* Design and maintain performance reports and dashboards to visualise key sales metrics, enabling quick, data-driven decisions.
* Regularly update dashboards with the latest sales data, ensuring Management has access to current and accurate performance insights.
* Work closely with the sales team to implement business strategies that optimise sales activities and improve overall efficiency.
Business Development and Social Media Engagement
* Leverage data analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities, presenting insights to Management and executing targeted campaigns for customer acquisition and growth.
* Develop tailored content, monitor campaign performance across platforms, and continuously refine strategies to enhance engagement.
* Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through market research and networking.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Contributte to the development of strategies to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
* Report on business development activities and progress to the management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Customer Service
* Utilise both English and Mandarin Chinese to engage with customers, present products, and negotiate deals.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide product and service information and guidance to customers, ensuring they fully understand the value proposition.

Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
* Proficiency in using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, and Python) to analyse and interpret datasets.
* Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with English-speaking and Chinese-speaking customers.
* Proven experience as a Sales Data Analyst or similar role in a sales-driven organisation.
* Experience managing social media campaigns to refine strategies for improved engagement and conversion.
