The Fruit People Limited is looking for a full-time Business Analyst to join our team.
Responsible for understanding business strategies, goals, and requirements in order to maximise growth and improve business performance; exploring different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts; analysing and evaluating the current procedures and processes and identifying areas of improvement for efficiency, cost, and results; researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes; liaising with external application and systems providers to evaluate new and upcoming features for potential business usage; optimization and maintenance of current business application tools; participating in and evaluating business uses for new technologies introduced; analysing and consolidate KPI’s to assist strategic decision-making; driving the business by building dashboards and relevant processes with Power BI; documenting processes and solutions, and training users.
Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience in the field; strong written verbal communication skills; strong commercial skills and an ability to contribute to both operational and strategic business initiatives; experience of dealing with large data volumes to analyse key trends; solid Project Management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule; experience working with large data extracts and data mining roles would be an advantage.
38k per year for 39 hours per week.
