Provide leadership, direction, and line management to the integrated BI and CSU team. Be accountable for driving the continuing evolution of the BI team and service to include ensuring a single version of the truth in terms of data reporting. Ability to analyse highly complex, sensitive, or contentious information where agreement or co-operation with stakeholders or colleagues is required. Develop strategic, finance, and other complex reports using in depth analysis and interpretation.
Provide briefings for directors, colleagues, and stakeholders. Accountable for the development, implementation and operational delivery of all data requests from stakeholders across the ICB, ensuing alignment with the ICB key priorities. Develop and lead the Business Intelligence and Analytics Strategy component of the overall Digital, Data and Technology Strategy. Be responsible for proposing, drafting, and implementing changes to processes and policies.
