What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
We’re looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in improving customer interactions across the entire journey. Reporting to the CX Product Manager, you'll work to optimise every touchpoint, ensuring that every interaction our Members and customers have with the organisation is seamless and positive.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Create design artifacts like customer journey maps, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes to define the ideal customer experience.
You have 3+ years of experience in human-centred design, supporting projects with cross-functional teams. You’re skilled in creating design artifacts like customer journey maps, service blueprints, and behavioural maps.
