Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated ESG Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to apply their analytical skills in a fast-paced environment focused on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. The ESG Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance our ESG performance.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret ESG data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Business Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in ESG-related business processes and recommend enhancements to improve operational performance.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain regular ESG reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and track key metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their ESG needs and provide analytical support for their initiatives.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of ESG projects, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify ESG trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Assist in formulating SOPs for our ESG products, services, and internal processes.
- Monitoring Mechanisms: Help establish monitoring mechanisms and tracking systems to ensure operational excellence and mitigate any financial or operational risk.
- Requirements Analysis: Understand business processes, identify ESG requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Operational Tools Development: Develop tools and procedures to streamline ESG operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Efficiency Improvement: Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving ESG operational efficiency.
- ESG Technologies: Stay updated with the latest ESG technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within ESG, sustainability, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex ESG data and provide clear insights.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
