We are looking for a dynamic:
BUSINESS AND PERFORMANCE ANALYST
0.8 to 1.0 FTE (32-40 hrs/week)
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business and Performance Analyst to work their magic with data, analytics, and reporting frameworks, based in the Richmond office of a dedicated primary health team with some flexibility in work hours for the right candidate.
As a superstar in understanding needs, sourcing relevant data from across multiple platforms, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and connecting with data service providers and health sector data colleagues nationally, regionally and locally, this is a unique opportunity to contribute and help shape meaningful outcomes in an evolving primary healthcare environment.
You will enjoy being able to translate sector, contractual and organisational reporting needs into data fuelled evidence of service delivery and performance outcomes, along with identification of gaps and opportunities that have the potential to improve health outcomes further. These strengths will be complemented by your skills and patience to work effectively with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in utilizing a range of systems, databases and IT applications in the healthcare sector
Proven experience in synthesizing data and delivering timely business reporting and performance analysis that meets needs of stakeholders and meets contractual requirements
A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
