In this role you will support and lead on elements of the successful delivery of UKSBS’s Business Change, where you we will inspire colleagues and clients to think innovatively to improve how they work, to enable people to translate ideas into reality and to provide business change expertise, to help people navigate change successfully and maximise the benefits. By adopting a professional and progressive organisation-wide approach, you will be able to influence and advise on how best to implement change practices and methodologies into how we operate.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of the Business Change Team and will have the opportunity to get involved in a number of different projects, programmes and initiatives taking place across the business. This is a varied and challenging role which will require you to be able to build trusted relationships with colleagues, deliver at pace, communicate and collaborate effectively and have real attention to detail. This will enable you to build up an understanding of the challenges different teams are facing, and identify the interventions that will best support them in embedding changes. This role is vital to the organisation as it move through a sustained period of major change.
To do this role well you will need:
- Passion for driving change.
- Agile and responsive to unexpected challenges and shifts in change scope.
- Good influencing skills with the ability to work collaboratively, flexibly, and to deliver through others.
- Excellent communication abilities, combined with effective influencing, and representational skills.
- Experience of supporting the implementation of changes to deliver strategic goals.
- Attention to detail in identifying impacts of change on people, process and technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Things you need to know
To be considered, you will need to successfully obtain BPSS before commencing the role, obtaining clearance usually takes 5-10 working days.
UKSBS does not hold a Home Office Sponsor Licence under the UK Immigration System, therefore applicants must have eligibility to live and work in the UK at application stage.
Working pattern
We work a mixture of full and part-time hours across a 37hr week with varying working patterns. We have a hybrid working model which offers flexibility; this role will require you to be available to attend the office as needed.
In return for your skills and experience, we offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Eligibility and the degree of home working will vary depending on the requirements of the role, further details will be discussed if an offer is made.
