To find out more about working for QRO please see attached candidate information pack.Your typical day as a Business Analyst working in a DMC Contact Centre environment may include: - Downloading and extracting DMC campaign and call centre data from Genesys and/or QRO Systems into Power BI dashboards or Microsoft excel. As this is a new role to the DMC, you may be involved in creating new Power BI dashboards or excel reports.- Analysing and forecasting this data to determine DMC performance, trends, new or emerging risks (e.g. staffing level or debtor campaign risks).- Making recommendations to the DMC leadership team on reducing risks, improving business performance and the client experience.- Developing and maintaining relationships with DMC staff and stakeholders.- Participating in weekly Leadership meetings, and- Building a positive and participative culture aligned to our values and objectives.To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: - Experience with analytics tools and platforms such as Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, Paginated Report Builder, Azure BI, SQL Server), Genesys, eMite, SAP Analytics Cloud, Alteryx, Tableau, Databricks or similar is highly regarded.- Experience in interpreting requests, preparing detailed data, and presenting timely information, including the creation and validation of complex reports, submissions, and documentation.- An ability to take initiative, apply sound judgment, understand different perspectives and communicate effectively when developing solutions with others.Queensland Treasury is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the community we serve and treating all applicants equitably.
