Job Description
- The business analyst should support the origination, structuring and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and infrastructure transactions by understanding the M&A and infrastructure product portfolio.
- Performing activities under supervision, in order to grow the infrastructure and M&A business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct research on sectors.
- Drafting Information Memorandums.
- Assist in compiling key data for valuations.
- Assist in preparing presentations.
- Compiling financial models.
Qualifications
- First Degree in Business Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
- Post graduate qualification would be preferred.
- 1-2 years' experience in an infrastructure advisory or M&A advisory environment.
- 1-2 years demonstrated experience in interpreting client financial statements, calculating financial ratios, and building financial models for more experienced team member review.
- 1-2 years' experience in drafting client documentation (presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials).
- Must have an understanding of legislation, regulations, and industry codes of practice.
