The role:
Warrigal is a trusted aged care provider with a rich and purpose driven history spanning nearly 60 years. As the Business Analyst – Reporting & Insights you will be critical in gathering, analysing and presenting data to support our strategic decision making to continue Warrigal’s journey and contribution to the communities we serve.
The role involves identifying trends, forecasting improvement opportunities, and transforming raw data into meaningful information.
The specialist's insights contribute to better-informed and successful decision-making within the organisation.
To be successful you will need:
- Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant field (Business, Information System, Data Analytics or a related field)
- Strong proficiency in PowerBI, SQL and Excel
- Prior experience in data analytics in a health care or similar high volume transactional environment
- Demonstrated experience of creating dashboards essential to business
- Proven experience in problem solving and identifying insights from large, disparate data sets
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and recognising anomalies or errors in data
