Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in TSYS PRIME to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing payment workflows, and ensuring the successful implementation of the TSYS PRIME 4 platform for card and payment processing solutions.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for TSYS PRIME implementation.
- Analyze payment systems, processes, and perform gap analysis.
- Work with technical teams to align system configurations with business needs.
- Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionalities.
- Prepare user documentation and provide training to end users.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
Essential skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the payments domain.
- Hands-on experience with TSYS PRIME.
- Strong knowledge of payment card processing, settlements, and clearing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
