Identify, analyze, and document opportunities for AI, Gen AI, and RPA-based process automation across the organization.
Gather and define business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions.
Manage and maintain the operations backlog, creating business cases and ROI models to justify automation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to align AI-driven solutions with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and integration of AI/automation solutions.
Design and document SOPs, functional requirements, and technical specifications for AI and RPA implementations.
Support change management efforts, enabling the organization to adopt and scale automation technologies.
Monitor system performance, handle BAU support requests, and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure system uptime and efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in QA/business analysis, with a strong focus on AI, Gen AI, and automation initiatives.
Expertise in gathering business requirements, developing functional specifications, and leading automation projects.
Strong understanding of RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere) and AI/ML models.
Knowledge with data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Python) to derive insights and support decision-making.
Familiarity with financial systems, including core banking platforms and system integration techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks for project delivery.
Understanding of UAEs financial sector and regulations is a plus.
