About the role
As we continue to grow, Grasshopper seeks a detail-oriented and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team to support Grasshopper Asset Management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing materials and effectively communicating with both current and potential investors. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our business development initiatives through data-driven insights and impactful communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, utilising insights to inform marketing strategies and materials
Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, pitch books, fact sheets, and other collateral that effectively communicate our investment strategies and performance to investors
Act as a primary point of contact for current and potential investors, communicating key information regarding investment products, market insights, and firm updates
Gather, analyse, and synthesise data to support marketing efforts and investor communications by preparing reports/presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with investment teams, sales, and compliance to ensure that all marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the firm’s brand standards
Assist in organising investor events, webinars, and presentations by preparing necessary materials and ensure a seamless experience for attendees
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and investor communications by providing recommendations for continuous improvement
We'd love for you to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
1+ years of experience in business analysis, marketing, or investor relations within the financial services or asset management industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create clear and persuasive marketing content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiarity with data analysis tools such as VBA, Python or SQL is a plus, but not required.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with team members and clients.
