A little bit about the role
We have an opportunity for a Business Analyst who wants to join a leading Council to support our transformation journey with the goal of improving services to our local communities.
As the Business Analyst you will play a key role in delivering complex projects across council that will deliver organisational benefits.
The position will work closely with key users and business stakeholders across all levels of Council to ensure their needs are clearly understood. Documenting process, identifying pain-points, articulating requirements, and validating solutions to assist with delivery of highly complex projects.
About you
You will assist in the delivery of high-quality customer and business transformation of Council. Experience in development of user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, business rules, process maps, and wireframes is required.
You will leverage your experience, strong facilitation communication skills to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders including executives.
You are outcome focussed and thrive on working with complex projects.
Your aptitude to grasp business processes, understand and appreciate business drivers, customer journeys and value propositions will be essential to the success of this role.
