In this role, you'll:
Work closely with key stakeholders on leading-edge technology that provides real-time information to customers and frontline staff. These systems help to streamline processes and make a positive impact on the lives of our customers and front-line staff. The role sits within the Customer Information Channels Delivery team within Customer Experience at Sydney Trains and offers you the opportunity to be part of a team and organisation that ensures we have safe, efficient, integrated systems that keep people and goods moving, connects communities and shapes the future of our cities and regions.
- Work across a variety of projects on leading-edge systems for station information management, ensuring current systems are up to-date and relevant, as well as delivering new systems.

About you
You're all about being customer focused, delivering quality and detail. This role will allow you to contribute to projects that make a positive difference to Sydney Trains staff and customers.
You will have proven experience documenting and analysing business requirements, as well as planning and facilitating workshops.
You will be adept at working closely with stakeholders to understand their processes, needs and pain points. You can utilise various methods and techniques to elicit requirements and ensure they meet the needs of stakeholders and drive a positive customer experience. You will know how to write user stories and acceptance criteria and understand the technologies behind IT systems and how they are designed and built.
You will ideally have a minimum of three years’ local industry experience as a business analyst in project delivery and have the ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders across a large and complex organisation.
