Job Overview:
The Senior IT Business Analyst will serve as a crucial link between business needs and IT
solutions. This role involves analyzing and documenting business requirements, collaborating
with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of IT projects that enhance
operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business
requirements for IT initiatives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive functional specifications and business process
models.
Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies to align solutions with business
goals.
Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business units to ensure
understanding of requirements and project objectives.
Lead the design and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business
needs and industry standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend technology solutions to
enhance efficiency.
Develop and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet business requirements
and quality standards.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as
necessary.
Prepare and present project status reports, outcomes, and recommendations to senior
management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a
related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Skills
Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, with a solid understanding of the
software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to
teamwork.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including requirements
