The IT Business Manager Analyst is responsible for assisting through the procurement process of technology related services including Software licensing and Support, Physical Equipment, Professional Service engagements etc. This role involves collaborating with various IT departments to understand their needs and end-to-end contract management to ensure timely procurement and billing of services.
- Input and maintain accurate procurement/sourcing data for inventory tracking, quality, integrity in enterprise systems.
- Manage and monitor the end-to-end technology procurement process to ensure the relevant parties are engaged throughout the process. For example, contract lifecycles, third party risk management, purchase orders for goods and services, and invoicing.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand technology requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- Work on procurement and cost related projects as required, for example, telecoms billing/inventory management with a view to simplifying the process and improving the visibility and quality of information available.
- Develop data visualizations, graphs, charts, and other graphical elements to enhance the clarity and understanding of information.
- Assist in documenting business workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-starter, organized, highly adaptive and flexible.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment.
- Third level education degree in a relevant discipline or comparable working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio desired.
