Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Discussions: Lead sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing change processes.
- User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Translate business requirements into functional user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability and alignment with testing.
- Design Briefing: Collaborate with the design team to ensure UI/UX meets business needs, providing feedback and updating requirements as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating communication and ensuring stakeholder sign-offs.
- Testing & Validation: Oversee Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with business units to validate solutions.
- Change Requests: Prepare, track, and communicate Project Change Requests (PCRs), ensuring timely approvals and impact assessments.
- Operational Process Tracking: Support and track the documentation and sign-off of operational processes related to IT solutions.
- Sanity Checks: Ensure solutions meet business needs before production, coordinating post-go-live sanity checks

- Strong Agile experience with a proven track record in banking domains (Clearing, Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, Cards, Wealth Management).
- Techno-functional background with prior experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with mid to senior-level stakeholders.
- Self-driven and proactive in managing and delivering requirements.
