Full Time - 35 hours per week.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to deliver a range of business support services, providing professional, responsive and efficient administrative support to an individual or group of Senior Managers within the Operations/Building Services section. In addition to this, the post holder will play an important role in assisting the Business Manager to co-ordinate the effective organisation and administration of efficient procurement, finances, HR and contract related support.
The Opportunity:
The post holder will provide comprehensive, high quality, efficient, flexible and professional business administration support within the Estates Department. In particular: updating information systems, records and databases; following financial processes and procedures; and coordinating a variety of meetings across the Estates Department and beyond.
In addition, the Business Support Analyst will carry out analysis of data to support a specialised function within Estates, and manage dashboards and provide information support to demonstrate that the function is meeting its obligations.
Colleagues are expected to work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week (in agreement with the line manager and in line with business needs).
