As a Business Administration Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for assessing KiwiSaver withdrawal applications for significant financial hardship and serious illness on behalf of our providers and their members. This is an important position with responsibility for working with some of our major clients to assist their member's, many of whom are in a vulnerable situation.
- Assessing KiwiSaver withdrawal applications for Significant Financial Hardship and Serious Illness
- Receipting and/or reviewing regular reporting from clients
- Providing other administrative support to the wider CTS team as needed
