Skill: Business Analyst – Retail banking (CASA), Credit cards, loans
Description:
· Business Analyst Experience in Retail Banking domain
· Bridge the requirements understanding between the Product Owner and the development team
· Understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account), Credit Cards and Personal Loans
· Understanding of Digital Channels
· Perform User/Business Acceptance Testing and Production Acceptance Testing
· Support test strategy and provide inputs for test coverage
· Experience on API Testing
· Good understanding of Agile methodology
· Functional and Documentation skills
· Good Communication and interpersonal skills
· Good to have: Basic knowledge on Finacle Core Banking
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
· Prior experience in Banking industry across different digital channels like Online ,Mobile or Tablet banking
· Proven experience as a business analyst with a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence
· Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation techniques, such as workshops, interviews, and user stories.
· Experience in data analysis, including data modeling, data validation, and SQL querying.
· Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into clear and concise requirements.
