This role is within Customer Impacting Error (CIE) Resolution Business Analysis Team.
The CIE Resolution Business Analyst is a key role in driving comprehensive yet efficient resolution of complex CIEs for the bank. You will work with Business Owners and the wider project team to define the initial decisions and parameters of each issue, drive information underpinning key decisions made in the project, while ensuring the highest levels of integrity, verification, governance, and testing.
Responsibilities:

Work through the full cycle of resolution for complex CIEs provide meaningful analysis and documentation of relevant issues from a Legal, Regulatory and Customer perspective to Business Owners and Working Groups in order to formulate expedient solutions and resolution strategies.

Work with business owners to understand, interpret, clarify, and document business requirements. Interpret high level requirements, challenge, and propose solutions based on knowledge of the project and analysis of the data.

Work with CIE stakeholders, identifying the key facts pertaining to each CIE, ensure all relevant factors regarding the issue are brought to bear on decisions made regarding its resolution.

Support the Lead BA in the preparation of decision papers to Working and Working Groups (as required) on issues identified during the project, in order to enable effective and efficient decision making.

Build and develop the CIE Business Analysis capabilities to include reusable solutions to simplify and futureproof the process.

Manage and build out templates and standards to continually improve the efficiency of the CIE Resolution process and ensuring the highest levels of integrity, verification, governance, and testing.

Ensure lessons learned from completed CIE projects are incorporated into future iterations of the framework, to promote continuous improvement.

Ensure all documentation is completed in line with Bank standards and policies, providing the highest level of data delivery and adherence to a zero-tolerance level for error in the management of CIE Resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in applying Business Analysis concepts in a commercial environment, including creating solutions to business requirements and problems.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail (covering business requirements, decision papers, Working group updates etc.).
- Ability to communicate complex information and problems in a simplified manner.
- Experience of producing and presenting decision papers and packs for a senior audience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, teamed with the ability to influence across levels.
- Appropriate academic qualification or Certification with Industry Standard Experience
This is a Permanent role based in PTSB's St. Stephens Green Dublin (Hybrid option available within the Republic of Ireland).
