2 year fixed term contract.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the analysis and design of business processes which align with the objectives and goals of a global strategic change project and the longer-term goals for the whole business.
- Process mapping and optimisation.
- Alignment of existing documentation within teams.
- Cross functional collaboration to help ensure the overall business strategy is supported.
- Mapping to be processes (interim and longer term) and challenging stakeholders to think “outside the box” with these.
- Provide key support to create data alignment between Product Taxonomy and our finance and CRM systems.
- Support testing of new processes and end to end customer journey.
- Working with Data and BI team to check customer mapping data and help create processes for providing information for commercial teams.
- Change Management & Training – assist in the creation and roll out of training materials for new processes and support those delivering the training where required.
- Help establish metrics for process performance, monitor and refine these processes based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- 2+ years working in a BA role
- Experience utilising information to build detailed step-by-step process maps across a variety of functional areas
- Experience utilising process maps and information gathered to create standard operating procedure guides
- Demonstrable experience in data capture and analysis, process mapping, developing SOPs and training guides, and project management
- Experience working with multiple data sources
- Experience working with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management) (desirable)
- Experience of working with HubSpot and/or Dynamics (desirable)
- Experience in the schools/education marketplace (desirable)
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately at pace and under pressure
- Exceptional organisational, prioritising and presentation skills
- Strong teamworking and problem-solving skills
- Degree in relevant field (desirable)
