WHAT TO EXPECT
As a Business Analyst you will collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to understand current Materials Fulfilment processes. You will identify areas for improvement in our processes and contribute to delivery of a capability roadmap to meet the needs of the business.
Industrial Operations is where we add value to our modern luxury ethos. Whether in Procurement, sourcing vital products and services, or Supply Chain, managing Logistics Operations and Fulfilment, you will ensure seamless operations for our iconic vehicles across our global footprint while prioritising sustainable initiatives. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll be part of how we drive efficiencies and implement industry-leading practices.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Autonomously conducting workshops to identify business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for Material Fulfilment applications
- Analysing and verifying requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards, as well as documenting these fully
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for solutions or improvements to Material Fulfilment business processes and using appropriate tools to document business processes
- Managing the product backlog for Material Fulfilment applications and communicating business stakeholder needs to development teams by translating business requirements into functional requirements
- Leading User Acceptance testing and taking ownership of large projects with guidance but limited oversight from manager
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Ability to present technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
- Communication skills across different organisation levels and ability to foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders
- Experience in gathering and document business and functional requirements and business process analysis and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
