Your role at St John of God Health Care
You will be responsible for gathering, analysing and documenting current and future state business processes, plus functional and non-functional requirements, to meet business objectives in end-to-end Human Resources and Payroll functional areas.
The Position
-
Accountable for the complete and accurate identification of business, functional and non-functional requirements for a given project or delivery outcome.

Responsible for identifying and engaging stakeholders across the organisation to elicit these requirements.

Document the requirements to the agreed format and standard, using the tools provided.

Ensure traceability of requirements from capture through to build, testing, training and go-live.

Pro-actively manage scope to ensure controls over requirements are maintained.

Identify and escalate risks and issues identified during the analysis process.

Development of Business Analysis documentation and deliverables as defined by the Project Management methodology.

Coordinate and report to Project Management and Governance bodies as directed.

Participate in the development and evaluation of RFQs and RFPs as required.
You will have Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, experience with Business Process Reengineering and Business Process Management techniques and software along with high level problem solving and analytical skills.
To succeed you will possess a relevant Tertiary qualification in a relevant Health / Information Systems / Business Analysis discipline.
It is highly regarded if you have previous health care experience.

Salary $119,910 to $133,183 plus 11.5% Superannuation
