OmniChannel Analyst(Job Number: OMN000005)
Description
- Analyze weekly sales and prepare recommendations on how to improve the sales performance.
- Conduct daily websites walk-in to review product display and availability.
- Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis.
- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
- Support the OmniChannel Team with the implementation of the new E-Commerce and OmniChannel projects with the agreed analytics strategy, including launches in new markets, as well as new functionalities and programs in existing markets.
- Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department.
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the commercial and analysis aspect
- Evident experience of working within an APP, digital marketing, and analytics background.
- Proficiency in MS Office, BI, GA, GIPI, Inditex Drive.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
