We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a strong foundation in databases and scripting. Candidates with prior experience in VB, Python, or Shell scripting are particularly encouraged to apply. A familiarity with Business Analysis (BA) within the Wealth Management (WM) or financial markets domain is essential.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to jointly develop and manage the implementation of business rules.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaboratively develop a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap that encompasses the entire product lifecycle, from inception to decommissioning
- Drive iterative and continuous product development in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ensure clear communication of product requirements to designers and engineers
- Conduct thorough testing with clients to gather valuable insights, validate product readiness, and ensure a successful market launch
- Support pod Objectives and Key Results by providing relevant product metrics and measurements to contribute to overall business goals
- Maintain high standards for product quality and compliance, considering both technical and non-functional requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Familiarity with Wealth Management or Financial markets
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Shell scripting
- Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- Proven ability to set and achieve outcome-focused goals using OKRs
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative team player with a strong agile mindset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong active listening and communication skills to foster effective partnerships
- Deep understanding of Product Suitability and software system architecture
- Proficiency in business analysis and standardized requirements engineering practices
- Knowledge of ACTICO business rule engine and algorithmic logic (optional)
