Business Analyst - IT - Salary - £51,093 - £55,155pa
This role will lead the lead the business analysis of complex, risky and interdependent products and services, working in the open with the user at the centre. Working across complex business areas and multidisciplinary teams to analyse and articulate user need to ensure delivery of a high-quality user experience, including fit for purpose systems, and high standards of access, availability, usability, usefulness and excellent standards of service.
This role will reside within the existing OneSource IT shared service, reporting directly to the Programme Delivery Manager. The role holder will also be working with Newham Council as part of this role.
