Job Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth analysis around key requirements of the project and trade lifecycle workflows of various asset classes such as Equities, CFD, Futures and FX
Translating user requirements into detailed functional requirements and user stories
Conduct meetings and relevant discussions to engage stakeholders in the right perspective and take the task to closure.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internal (Business users, Operations and Support function stakeholders, vendors, development, and other tech teams
Identify risks & issues and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner – assist with proposing & planning mitigating steps.
Facilitates Business process improvement via the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of functional business specifications.
Use appropriate tools like JIRA, SharePoint, Visio etc to ensure that requirements are managed well with in-house and external development team in terms of clarity and implementation.
Co-ordinate UAT testing with business users by creating the test plan, assisting in issue analysis & resolution.
Support the transition of the project delivery to go-live and BAU application management team.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in at least one of the asset classes such as Equity, Futures & Options, FX, CFD or Wealth Management
- Bachelor's degree required, and more than 3 years of working experience is preferred.
- Exposure in securities or financial industry is preferred
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Ability to demonstrate experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence all levels of stakeholders
- Travel to regional offices is required
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a renowned institute
- Team player
- Strong problem-solving skills using good judgement
- Keen interest to research and learn new technologies
- Able to learn fast and adapt quickly
