This role plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role is going to have responsibility for working with business units across the organisation for the analysis of their business processes and requirements in defining suitable solutions for the technology teams to deliver value to our customers.
The Role

Provide cross organisational analytical activity and review of current processes, gather user requirements, and translate this to high level designs and solution analysis

Able to identify and document process gaps and define improvement process opportunities that will drive value to our customers and organisation

Develop strong relationships across the business and within IT, working closely with process owners, SME's, architects, developers, business stakeholders and external partners

Balance workload across multiple priorities, including project delivery, continuous improvement, IT strategic objectives and 2nd tier BAU support.

Mentoring and supporting junior BAs across projects and BAU work

Ability to employ business analysis tools and skills to facilitate agile delivery across products, streams and teams across the organisation.
That’s the role, so who are you?
You will have 3+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst ideally with exposure working across CRMs or ERPs platforms, and processes relevant to improving customer experience and business process improvements across various areas of the organisation.
You will be experienced in working in Agile or a DevOps environment with exceptional interpersonal skills, including proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, exemplary communication skills and a talent for conveying complex information simply and concisely.
