The Digital Programs and Projects team works in consultation with stakeholders to deliver digital programs and projects across the University. The team is responsible for whole project lifecycle including scoping, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution and handover.
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the application of business analysis capability within Digital and Campus Services (DCS) Digital Architecture, Engagement, Projects & Digital Business Systems, and acts as a key interface between DCS and the business areas within the University.
The Role
You will be responsible for all aspects of business analysis such as requirements definition, appropriate documentation, process analysis and mapping, workshop facilitation, communicating to all levels of the University and ensuring the solution is aligned to business outcomes. You will be a self-starter and have experience working on projects with technical and delivery teams.
Required skills & experience
Demonstrated minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement and requirements analysis achieved across a number of domains using established methodologies
Understanding of change management related to the implementation of technology solutions
Proven experience in preparing business cases, documentation and presentations for a variety of audiences
Ability to produce business process models using standard process notations
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and in the facilitation of workshops and engagement sessions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to synthesise complex topics in a succinct and clear manner to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Familiarity with tools such as Confluence and JIRA

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $115,042 to $129,573 p.a (HEW 8) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
