As part of the Communications and Communities Service, we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative team.
In this exciting role, you will work alongside the Websites and Digital Manager to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that help us achieve our goal of becoming a more modern and caring Council. You will collaborate with various service areas to transform processes from paper-based to digital, working closely with stakeholders and suppliers to map out technical solutions for automation.
We are seeking a customer-focused, analytical, and enthusiastic self-starter who is passionate about improving digital solutions. You should thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and enjoy working with people. Excellent written English skills and attention to detail are essential.
