As a Business Analyst with us, you will lead efforts to streamline and enhance our reporting processes, ensuring our executive team has the insights needed to guide our strategic direction. About you
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making. You excel at analysing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. You have a keen eye for detail, are highly organized, and are adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Required Skills
- Data analysis and reporting expertise
- Strong stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Demonstrable experience in Business Improvement highly desirable
- Knowledge of performance measurement and metrics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
Key Required Qualifications
- Experience in Project and Change Management
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable)
