POSITION PURPOSE:
- The Omni Business Analyst is responsible for developing and monitoring the Omni reporting tools - dashboards & score card.
- He/she is also responsible for analyzing and developing reports on operational pillars: Experience, Services, Animations, Efficiency.
- In addition, the Omni Business Analyst should ensure efficient communication with store teams and to provide support and insight to retail & support team (Services, Efficiency, Experience).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop & monitor the commercial reporting tools
- Build the weekly commercial dashboards & monthly scorecards for OGCC & KSA
- Set & maintain automatic reports as per the business requirements
- Work on monthly daily split by region & build comparative models
- Support on monthly retail targets of the stores and share store targets in a timely manner.
- Analyze & Develop reports on operational pillars: Experience, Services, Animations, Efficiency
- Provide weekly traffic & conversion rates analysis and achievements.
- Monitor Monthly Retail leaders commissioned KPI (Lovemeter, Recruitment, CR & AVB)
- Develop monthly/quarterly business presentations & communication newsletters
- Provide support & insight to internal projects
- Assist Omni team with creation of new reports and dashboards, providing support in reporting and analysis as per business needs.
- Support the BOM by sharing Top 5 report monthly for all categories.
- Ensure efficient communication with store teams
- Deliver animated & effective communication on key operational initiatives (regional sales challenges, new processes, achievements stores rankings, …)
- Update the weekly trade meeting slides and be the gate keeper of related invites and department slides.
- Ensure accuracy of store information across digital platforms (ex: Store DB, Google, etc)
- Lead all communications from & to stores:
- Implement clear communication guidelines
- Ensure guidelines are followed in terms of timing/ content & clarity
- Ensure accuracy in all info shared
KPI’s & DELIVERABLES:
- Omni Daily/ weekly/monthly reporting & ad hoc analysis
- Clear & efficient communication to stores delivered in timely manner
- Ad hoc retail team support (weekly/monthly/quarterly meeting coordination, team buildings, etc)
SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & SKILLSET:
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- 2-5 years’ experience in similar role, preferably in retail industry
- Must be curious, resilient, comfortable interacting with various teams
- Above all a strict attention to detail and analytical mindset
