On behalf of Wear That, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who possesses a strong analytical mind and thrives in environments where they can juggle multiple tasks while meeting hard deadlines. You should be self-motivated, deadline-driven, and result-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and a strong desire to drive change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to clearly convey the story behind the data to stakeholders at all levels. You should also be comfortable interacting with management, prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment, and working both independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play an integral role in identifying and delivering insights that drive and scale a fast-moving fashion tech scale-up. You'll have the opportunity to serve as a key contributor to a high-growth environment, collaborating closely with the Management Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying opportunities to track and manage performance, contributing towards our various Key Performance Indicators to drive future growth.
- Engaging directly with senior management, front-line operators, and cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of the drivers of Wear That’s business and how to optimize revenue stream drivers, merchandise margin, inventory, and scalability.
- Building, running, and maintaining complex models to forecast various aspects of our business, translating collected data into business decisions.
- Assisting in the analysis, automation, and reporting of both internal and external data to address the most fundamental and critical analytical problems.
- Helping to make operational and strategic decisions that shape the future of Wear That. Serving as a key contributor in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your analytical skills and business insights will be pivotal to the company’s success.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Technical proficiency and familiarity with tools and technologies like SQL, Power BI
- Proficiency in querying and managing data in Big query - GCP
- Familiarity with A/B testing, basic data science concepts such as precision, training, prediction
- 5+ years of independent and significant project experience
- Experience in building out data models, ETL processes and data engineering capabilities
- Are highly skilled in MS Excel (pivot tables, etc.) and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze data sets and build reports
- Experience in working autonomously and taking ownership of projects
- Strong prioritization skills with business impact in mind
- Retail experience appreciated
