Things you will do:
As a Business Analyst at Randwick City Council, your role will involve collaborating with business units to document and streamline business processes and pinpoint opportunities for performance improvement. You'll work on strategic and operational plans, new business needs and play a role in change management initiatives. You will be skilled in business analysis, writing, and managing stakeholders, and demonstrate the values of excellence and personal accountability.
Things you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience
- Experience working collaboratively with business groups to discover and document current business practices and requirements; and recommend solutions using standard business modelling processes
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to write and discuss analysis and recommendations for improvements with stakeholders
- Expertise to develop and maintain good relationships with management, peers and customers.
