Overview
Our two-year graduate scheme, commencing September 2024, provides a journey that nurtures leadership capabilities and the skills that you need to feel prepared to build a successful career. You’ll be given responsibility from the outset in a fast paced, exciting working environment with the chance to work on multiple projects within multiple disciplines.
Based at our Turf Centre of Excellence in Ipswich, Suffolk, you will follow a structured programme and be supported and mentored by our talented employees. The programme will immerse you into three job rotations in key areas of our business, allowing you to gain a breadth of valuable business experience early in your career. The rotations will provide hands-on experience within Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Sales, and Aftermarket.
ISC
During six intense and exciting months, our ISC rotation will give you a holistic view of our operational and logistics activities. Producing the right vehicles at the right times sounds simple, but when you factor in the coordination of millions of parts from all over the world, things can get a little challenging. Working seamlessly with our purchasing, planning and logistics teams, you’ll help get our vehicles manufactured and distributed faster.
Sales
During your time in Sales, you’ll gain a deep insight into how we ensure the vehicles we manufacture are distributed efficiently into the end-user market. You will learn the essential administration that goes into Sales Operations, the personal management required to keep the business connected to our dealer network, the use of the digital world to market our products, and the strategies utilised to retain and attract new customers. There will also be the opportunity to attend a Turf Management Trade Show and support your colleagues in organising and representing our booth.
Aftermarket
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and every decision we make. You will share feedback from customers cross functionally with relevant departments to keep them informed of customer issues and successes, in order to improve the customer experience.
