A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Senior Business Analyst would be:
Run user workshops to uncover real user needs in the domain that the product team is focused on- Create user personas and user journeys to document the user needs
- Translate the unmet needs that have been identified into product backlog items
- Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to build a product vision and product roadmap
- Define a prioritisation framework to allow the most valuable work to be identified for the team
- Create a framework of regular meetings, templates and other activities that define the role of product manager
- Coach and mentor the other staff members over the course of the contract
Requirements:
7+ experience in a similar role- Diploma or Degree qualification
- Strong background working in an agile product team in a product management or product owner role
- Ability to think strategically and to communicate a strategic product vision to others
- Experience building and maintaining user personas and product roadmaps
- Experience running design thinking workshops to define user problems and generate innovative potential solutions
- Experience defining and conducting user research
- Excellent communication, collaboration and mentoring skills
