We are on the hunt for a curious and tenacious individual to join the Orion Health team as an Associate Business Operations Analyst!
As an Associate Business Operations Analyst, you will be thrown into a world of multi-functional responsibilities ranging from contract management, to reporting, financial analysis and process improvement. Your keen eye for detail, strong administration skill, and determination to see a task from start to finish will ensure the seamless execution of this role. You will play a vital part in providing efficient administration, planning, invoicing, information management and support for project setup at Orion Health, supporting our Regional and Commercial teams.

What will you be doing?
- Providing expertise around administration, documentation and quality control and training users of internal systems and databases.
- Running, reviewing and analysing critical report results.
- Using your curious and imaginative personality to find ways to improve our processes.
- Setting up contracts in our contract management system, ensuring key contract milestones are clear and can be monitored, and in turn processing commercial contracts and invoices.
What will you bring?
- Experience & Skills: Systems, databases and spreadsheets come naturally to you - experience with Netsuite (ERP) is a big bonus! With strong written and verbal communication skills, you are able to communicate with key stakeholders of all levels with ease. You are systems-savvy with a particular interest in delving further into how systems can improve business processes.
- Characteristics: Curious, determined, and a team player at heart, you are an active participant showing commitment to the team, sharing openly and willingly pitching in to help others. As an achiever with a keen interest in the internal workings of a business, you turn strategy into results, focusing on priorities and delivering results.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or related is preferred.
