ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Business Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our operations and delivering top-tier solutions. Your insights and expertise will be crucial in transforming data into actionable strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to pinpoint areas ripe for improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.
Requirements Documentation: Create detailed business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
Solution Design: Partner with teams to design and implement streamlined processes and systems.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyse data and generate insightful reports to guide decision-making.
Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between business units and tech teams, ensuring seamless communication.
Project Monitoring: Track project progress, providing regular updates and keeping projects on course.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
IIBA Business Analyst Certification, Diploma of Business Analysis, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Experience in IT, particularly in networking or cabling industries, is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in VBA and SQL is required.
Familiarity with Python and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is preferred but not critical.
Understanding of fundamental financial and statistical mathematics.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Communication: Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with business analysis tools and software.
Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies is a bonus.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
