Work with and support Head, COO Asia Business Management in the execution of the COO mandate to support the Bank’s growth strategy by providing reliable, scalable and efficient services to BJB Singapore and Hong Kong Branches daily operations, including the development of bank-wide infrastructure, enhancing operational effectiveness and supporting branch related initiatives.
Work with and support Head, COO Asia Business Management on the following:
Run-the-Bank
- Work closely with various stakeholders in supporting the design and implementation of various initiatives, policies, regulatory requirements, etc. that are initiated by the COO office or impacting the COO functions
- Track account opening pipelines and provide data driven insights, identify process improvement opportunities to the account opening process
Change-the-Bank
- Support and execute projects in implementation of the Bank/ COO strategy
- Support the review and redesign of COO processes to improve their effectiveness, efficiency, and quality
- Support the implementation of regional strategic change projects with the business
COO Asia Management Support:
- Supports the planning and execution of the COO Asia strategy by providing data-driven analytics and insights
- Prepare management cockpits to track delivery of COO Asia services for global, regional and local management committees
- Prepare presentations and in-depth analysis for management meetings
Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Professional and Technical
- Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics or equivalent and with up to 5 years of working experience (private banking/wealth management, in-house or external consulting preferred)
- Strong financial and commercial acumen and the ability to understand and contribute to business cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (incl. Excel)
- Ability to conduct analysis using Python, Tableau and/or PowerBI preferred
- Ability to synthesize data coherently with strong presentation skills (incl. Powerpoint)
- Confidential handling of proprietary and sensitive information
