We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong technical and digital expertise to join our Strategic Project Office. You will play a pivotal role serving as the link between the business needs and technology solutions, helping drive strategic outcomes, business efficiency and productivity via digital transformations and leveraging technology.
It's a busy and exciting role, one that will allow you to understand the strategic direction of our business and work with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve strategic initiatives.
In this role you will:
- In collaboration with the project team define the scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and analyse their needs, translating these into technical and non-technical requirements / user stories.
- Apply knowledge of digital technologies to propose innovative, effective solutions and improve business operations and outcomes.
- Actively work with the Technology and Digital teams including software developers to implementing digital solutions that are fit for the business.
- Manage project expectations and communicate project progress to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Applying Agile principles and processes, looking for new ways to improve stakeholder experience and develop solutions.
- Taking on multiple roles to support developers and the business throughout the development cycle being the key point of contact.
- Facilitate and contribute to the evaluation of potential technology to ensure that it meets T+T requirements.
- Produce high quality documentation including system requirements, specifications, use cases, flow charts data flow diagrams, and process models to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Work as a cooperative and contributing member of the cross-functional project team.
- Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements and assist in user training.

- Deep understanding of digital technologies and platforms, including understanding of software development, database systems and IT infrastructure, with the ability to comprehend and discuss technical concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple, clear language understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively for project timeline management.
- Strong team player, able to work with diverse groups of people in a constructive and collaborative manner.
- Detail oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business information systems or related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital environment or technical role
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certificate in Business Analysis (CBA), Agile analyst certification or equivalent.
