5+ years of relevant working experience
Having Functional Know how of Corporate Actions will be preferable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills to be able to distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Experience in eliciting requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, scenarios and ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
Experience in documenting Business Requirements, Scenarios and Interface requirements
Experience in software test design, testing methodologies, documenting and troubleshooting errors
Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
Hands-on experience with JIRA/Gitlab, Confluence, SharePoint.
Experience in working in distributed and multi-national teams
Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
Strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum, SAFE.
Experience in SQL scripting, to be able to analyze data independently
Preferred to have Business Analysis certification.
